McClung Riflemen Flag

I found this article about the flag of the McClung Riflemen (Co. E, 19th Miss. Inf.) in The Oxford Intelligencer (Oxford, Miss), May 29, 1861:

The Handsomest Flag of All
We saw last night, for the first time, the beautiful flag prepared by the ladies of Oxford for the McClung Riflemen. The material is a rich, heavy silk, forming the Confederate flag, with eleven stars on the blue field. The lettering upon it was very handsomely executed by Dr. Cullen. Altogether, we consider it to be the handsomest flag yet presented in Oxford. The McClung Riflemen are justly proud of it.
