You will need to contact Cathy Wright, the MOC flags curator, in advance to make a research appointment to see these flags. You will need to let her know exactly what flags you would like to see when you are there. She can then have time blocked off for you and have them ready for viewing. Unless you are an MOC member like I am there will probably be a research fee involved.
