Not sure of what he is doing, haven’t got a response from yesterdays email. I’m guess he is trying to find a home for his collections before its too late for him to do so, like Howard. He & Howard went to a bunch of auctions, hard to say what he’s got since I was up his way. Most of his research papers have been published, “The Flag Bulletin” you may find a few on e-bay or old book dealers web sites.

Everyone tries to beat the original.
