I found my picture of it that I took last September. It came originally from the old Eldridge Collection of the late 1800s. It resembles another CS flag taken at Natchez, MS that Madaus thought was one of the pattern flags for one of the Second National proposals of later 1861/early 1862.

Pretty interesting flag.
