Well I can tell you that they didn't get any Fayetteville rifles but some had enfield rifles. Fayetteville rifles had "CSA" stamped on the stock because it was used to ID the rifles sometimes when they didn't have inspector markings for example "729" would be used as inventory markings on a enfield rifle and Fayetteville rifles would have two "CSA" markings stamped on the stock and lock plate. also with inspector markings.
