Up date on captured Vicksburg flag and others from Mississippi i think Alabama. Iowa state museum is where i located our flag. And I have plead with Governor to return it to La. where it belongs after 140yrs. I would think after several wars of fighting and dying together as brother Americans we would honor my request.
