Hello everyone, I came across this website (Southern Historical Society Papers).

This helps explains how the 55th VA lost their flag. I am searching what Union regiment captured the 55th VA's Flag. Possibly, maybe the same Union regiment captured the 22nd VA Battn's flag? Both of these units were together and both lost their flags.
