Greg,
As I understood the situation in the winter of 64 for
Longstreet's Corps; they were in bad shape.
So they were supplied with flags but not food & clothing.
Need a paper trail of some sort here.
East Tenn. is a long way from Richmond. Would bet, if
supplied at all, it came from the Valley.
