I stand corrected. It was indeed either May 15th or 16th. So that means that Bushrod Johnson's TN Brigade got new ANV flags by this time and at least one of the units used it - the 25th/44th TN. They then used their older Hardee for Petersburg and lost that -and got an ANV 4th Bunting to replace it (at the MOC now).
