According to Mendoza's book and Longstreets memoirs, once his corps went in to the winter camps between Russellville and Greenville, TN , they did indeed get resupplied from the Richmond Depot. First things in were shoes - almost 5000 pairs. This means that other stuff came as well including some food stuffs.
