Thanks for the clarification.
The 1st bunting ANV battleflag housed at the
Chancellorsville VC was donated to the NPS in 1962
by the State of New Jersey, probably in anticipation
of the centennial. It has never been positively id'd.
I first discovered this flag in the 1970's and have never
heard of anything connecting it to the 22nd or 55th Va.
The 7th NJ are credited with the capture of several flags
at Chancellorsville.
