Cleburne at Franklin

On of my prised possessions is a print of Dale Gallons "Cleburne at Franklin". It shows Cleburne, dismounted, in that small deadly space in front of the breastworks. There are at least three flags visible two his left. One is a Hardee Pattern Moon flag with an Artillery device painted on the moon, with I have always taken to represent the flag of the Consolidated 8/13th. I know that Govan's Brigade was effectively down to about three consolidated regiments that day. I also know that several of Govans flags had been captured when the Brigade was overrun at Jonesboro, so there were some replacements issued before during the Nashville campaign. I also know that Joe Johnson had brought the St Andrews Cross Pattern, ANV style flags with him when he took command in front of Atlanta. But the painting show two on these ANV style flags along the front of Cleburne's Division. Is this correct. I thought that Hardee let Cleburne's Division keep their moon flags. I know of no captured ANV captured flags from Arkansas. What about his Texas troops and others in his Division? Did he have a ANV style Headquatrers Flag for the Division, or did Mr Galon just sprinkle in the more recognizable ANV flags for dramatic effect?
