Flags of 7th and 10th Missouri taken at Helena

I have questioned this before and discussed with Greg Biggs but I am still wondering if anyone else has ever looked into this....at Helena it is known that 3 flags were captured at Battery D, one by the 33rd Mo under Capt. John G. Hudson of Hawthorne's Ark Inf location unknown, and two by the 33rd Iowa from Bell's 37th Ark Inf that are currently held by Iowa State Museum. However, there is a report by LTC William Heath commanding 33rd Mo of possible capture of one or both of these Missouri flags. In his report he states the following....

"the entire Missouri brigade of Parsons attacked and captured Battery C driving their supports back towards and into Ft. Curtis....the companies in Fort Curtis, with the seige guns and supported by Companies E and H (33rd Mo), with numerous stragglers from other commands, succeeded in checking the enemies farther advance and finally drove his main force back from Battery C....they beating a hasty retreat and leaving over 350 prisoners, their officers and COLORS, and dead and wounded in our hands. The prisoners were mainly of the 7th and 10th Missouri Regiments and had taken refuge in a deep ravine... protected from direct fire from Fort CUrtis by a ridge. Immediately the 35th Missouri was drawn up across the mouth of the ravine, part of the 33rd Iowa moved on their flank, and the seige guns firing shell, grape, and canister on the ridge above them preventing retreat. They surrendered by hoisting a white flag..."

The 7th lost 17 KIA, 126 WIA and 54 missing while the 10th lost 11 KIA, 41 WIA and 237 missing. Most of these missing can be presumed captured. So my question is...did one or both regiments lose their colors or which one? While we can track the 3 taken at Battery D, I feel there is possibly two more taken that have never been identified from the two Missouri Regiments trapped below Battery C in vicinity of Ft Curtis. Any info would be appreciated. In the Union generals reports they mention capture of two colors so I am wondering if they had all the info when they made their reports. Col Mackey of 33rd Iowa reports two colors from Battery D, Heath mentions one taken by 33rd MO at Battery D, and Heath mentions 350 prisoners, their officers, and colors, below Battery C in vicinity of Fort Curtis. All this info comes from OR's vol 22 pt 1.
