Thanks for the help everyone. If it is flat felled, then one side of the St.Andrews cross will be slightly larger than the other due to folding and sewing of the flat felled seam. I just want to make mine perfect. We will be using it at living history events. I have made the 5th Company's Hardee flag and the 2nd Company's Richmond Depot flag....they both turned out pretty nice. I do not know how to show you photos as they are in my photo gallery.
