The flag in question is depicted in full color in the recently revised book on the flags of the Georgia Capitol Msueum entitled "Hallowed banenrs." You can get the book from the Office of the Secretary of State for $20 and the funds go to the conservation of Georgia's Civil War flags. I was the researcher for the book (CW section anyway).

The flag is a ANV Third Bunting of the artillery size. They may not have received this flag until either late 1864 or early 1865. It was captured at Ft. Stedman.
