I called and spoke for a long time with Ms. Adelson just now and she states that the flag is ID'd to a regt. commanded by W.H. Bishop. That would be Col. William Harry Bishop of the 7th Regiment. She is sending me a pic of the flag but I didn't get permission to post it to the web. I am bowing to Ron Skellie on that point as he may wish to do that and publish it in his forthcoming (sic?) book on the 7th Regt. I will supply a written description when I get the pic.

She also spoke very highly of some folks named Biggs and Legendre. I wonder who that is :-)
