Eric is there any way to develop a list of units that opposed the night attack by Johnson's division through the locust grove from the west at the angle in the breastworks. We may not have a specific flag located as one that was captured, but we could at least determine if any of the units in that vicinity might have lost a battle flag at some time. I wonder if somewhere in Sharp's Papers or the SD Lee collection there might be a mention of the captured flags.
