The Texas State Archives in Austin holds a flag for this regiment. They have ti listed as being the compnay flag of Compnay G, but it is their unit colors becasue of the Southern Cross design.

This is a homemade square flag with the larger star in the center for Texas. It measures 40 1'2 by 37 inches.
