Per the contact, she indicates: "I was finally able to check microfilm for July 24 1863 of the daily edition of the Richmond Whig for the letter by J Arthur Taylor to his father, and unfortunately did not find it. I also checked the July 22, 23 and 25 issues, and didn't find it. "
