They must be missing alot of 100 day Illinois 132nd and up flags, only a few flags are in the collection. They make it sound like they were never issused colors seeing that their 100 days was not a long period. These were those "300" regiments that never fired a shot, just guarded stuff in the rear. Some fired once and made the "300" list of only firing one time while in service.
