This is not the flag of the 1st Tennessee Infantry (Maney's) taken at Perryville. The flag was loaned to the 1st TN veterans after the war and they all denied that it was their flag! They stated that the actual colors used there were in the hands of one of their members and they were shot up pretty badly - and considering they charged and took a Union artillery battery that makes sense.

The flag is either that of the 6th or 9th Tennessee Infantry.

It is the second Polk Corps pattern.
