I regret to inform you that this flag is exactly like so many of the fake flags on Ebay that it too, is probably a fake.

The battle honors have the exact same faded stenciling style of the flags on Ebay. Most battle honors on real flags are still very vivid today as they used paints for them or sewed on cotton letters.

If you send this to Textile Preservation Assocaites of Keedysville, MD, they will probably also inform you that this is most likely a fake flag.
