I had a question to ask you all, at the battle of Fort Blakely, Alabama (April 1865) the HQ 5th Corps flag was recaptured. How did that flag end up at Fort Blakely? I take it the HQ flag of the 5th Army Corps must be the Army of the Potomac unless there was another 5th Corps out west. I've never heard of another 5th Corps, but I could be wrong.

If anyone knows anything on this please let me know.
