Regulations on State Troops flags, if any & Regular U.S. regular Troops flags defer that’s way you see deferent design’s between States and regular Federal Troop flags. An then you also had several design’s on presentation flags used but the regulation’s on the regular U.S. Troops was fairly standard with some exceptions within each of the U.S. Armies or Corps. Greg has it right on regular U.S. Troops.
