The 10th New York lost their regimental flag at 2nd Manassas to Hood's brigade. Either the 1st or 5th Texas captured it. The 10th New York's National flag was saved.

The 5th New York of the same brigade (Warren's two regimental brigade) did not lose any flag, close but they saved them.
