Thats why I put a question mark next to it. There is no way the 11th Mississippi lost their flag there. But the returned flags by the War Department labled it "11th Mississippi". Maybe as you said it was captured at Hatcher's Run and mistakenly put as captured out west.

I have more question marks on others, that just dont make any sense.
