I'll have to learn not to be so hasty and pulling a paragraph in isolation. Further reading concludes the same thing you just stated. It was captured by the 123rd Ohio. Stubbs speculates the second set of colors mentioned by Col Kellogg may have been those of the 26th Miss. The 12th WVA captured the colors of the 42nd Miss. As noted in our discussions previously, Nat Bynum and Billy Byrn secured the colors of the 2nd Miss and kept them hidden until released from Ft Delaware.
