The ANV did nto seem to follow the Union Army in the use of specific designating flags for brigae/division/corps like the Union Army did. The Union had two versions too - the McClellan system of 1863 and the second system (I forget offhand who created it) for 1863 to the rest of the war.
That said, there is a flag (I forget where but I have a file on it) for what is supposed to be Gen. Henry Heth's designating flag. We have yet to turn up anything else for the ANV however. For the most part, brigade/division/corps HQ were shown by the current (typically and if the bunting supply allowed for it) CS na tional flag.
By contrast, the Confederate Army of Tennessee DID create specific designating flags but not until 1864 for the Atlanta Campaign. These were only for the corps of Hardee and Hood however. Polk's Army of Mississippi, later SD Lee's Corps, did not create their designating flags until after the fall of Atlanta and before the Tennessee Campaign.
I have the details for all of these flags if interested. I think we even have a section for them on our Flags of the Confederacy website - www.confederateflags.org
