I wish it was like that with every state. Hand back the original captured Confederate flags and keep a replica. The one that really bothers me is the 28th Virginia's flag sitting in Minnesota. This flag was on LOAN to the veterans not given to them. That was and still is federal property. I have read in OR 2 that both sides put an order out that any flags captured must be turned in and logged in for the records. This is why to this day we have so many missing flags, because some commanders kept flags or ripped them up.

Well hopefully one day we will get the Confederate flags returned.
