I know Tom and he is not only reputable, but unlike many other flag makers out there, actually does his homework and attends flag conferences, etc.

When I spoke at the 2003 Star Spangled banner Flag Symposium in Harrisburg, PA, Tom was there.

Richard Gideon was also there as was Steve Hill, both of whom also make flags of museum quality.
