I came across the "Rock City Guards" in OR 20 page 432.

"Once the strong force in the open field in front of my left wing attempted a bayonet charge on the Twenty-first Ohio, but were gallantly met and repulsed with great
slaughter. On one of the flags was inscribed "Rock City Guards."

So I ask was this flag captured? Or did somebody just say they SAW this flag in action?

I tend to believe you all over a half hazy OR report.
