So far the Richard Rollins book "Damned Red Flags of the Rebellion" is the most complete source for CS flags at Gettysburg.

The late Howard Madaus also did an essay for a defunct British Confederate history jounral on the CS flags in the battle which went into detail as to what flags and types were being carried by what units.
