Are you Familiar with the Flag that was presented to the Officers of Company E, 1st Arkansas Mounted Rifles AKA Lawrence Rangers/Lawrence County Rifles? According to the Historical Quarterly article I read, the Flag was presented during a ceremony just before the Company left Lawrence County to join the rest of the Regiment at Little Rock. I am guessing this flag was probably a First National. What do you think?
