Thanks Greg. I recently got a copy of Howard's book. When I looked for one about a year ago I thought that a little over $100 was more than I should pay so passed on what was available at the time. A similar search recently found about 6 available, all over $200. I suspect that Howard's passing had at least something to do with this. In any case soon thereafter one came up on my watch list on ebay for about halfway between the above figures so I snatched it up. I agree with your assessment of the Illinois flag and the client has elected to go with the Resaca flag instead of the much more expensive 2nd National, which as I understand it, likely didn't see much use anyway.
