I noticed on that list the "2nd New York". I found out there were two "2nd New York" regiments at 1st Manassas. As many of you already know. So I am curious to which "2nd New York" the flag belonged to.

There was a third "2nd New York" the "Troy" regiment. They were stationed at Fort Monroe and saw no action.

The 69th New York, aka 2nd New York Militia did lose a flag.

The other 2nd New York aka "State Militia" was in Tyler's Division, Schenck's brigade. The 1st Ohio and 2nd Ohio were also in Schenck's brigade.
