Shawn - Per your comment "The 69th New York, aka 2nd New York Militia did lose a flag." It is my understanding (which could be wrong) that Wheat's Battalion, or one of the Companies in it (my understanding Co B, Tiger Rifles) was the capturing company. Do you have any information as to who/whom truely captured the Flag? Thanks
