Union flag captured at North Anna River

From the book "To The North Anna River" by Gordon Rhea. Page 353 had this "Mahone, had driven three Union regiments into the river and captured a stand of colors and some prisoners, including Ledlie's aide-de-camp".

Ledlie lost 450 men in the ill-advised affair. The brigade color sergeant was captured. The 12th Mississippi most likely captured this flag. Mahone had sent the 12th Miss and the 8th and 11th Alabama from Saunder's brigade over the works to scoop up prisoners. About 150 were captured. The Confederates lost 75 men in the battle.

This is the only known flag captured at the North Anna River, but I am sure there were a few others.
