I saw a photo on a website that showed a picture of the flag I think you are looking for. The flag has 2-red stripes and 1-white stripe. The "Canton" or blue field has 13 stars. In the white stripe written in gold script is the saying "The South and Jeff Davis Forever".

I am not sure if this is the flag that you are looking for.
