I check the compiled service records for Colonel James H. Neal (19th Georgia Infantry) and came across a "Special Requisition" form
dated October 1st,1863

One Battle Flag
Two Flag Staffs
One Officer's Table
One Mast? Drum (complete)

So it appears the 19th lost(or needed a replacement) Battle flag prior to October 1863
