- James L. Giles, Co. K, 1st Corporal, color guard
- J. W. Gilhuly, Co. C, 2nd Corporal, color guard, discharged for wounds (mid-1862?)
- E. J. Harris, Co. B, 4th Corporal, mustered in 9 September 1861, color guard
- J. L. Hendrick, Co. F, 5th Sergeant, left guide of regiment at Camp Johnston, 21 September 1861
- J. D. Lindsey, Co. E, color bearer
