Some of these flags survive in the Georgia Capitol Museum collection and they sell a nice book for $20. All of the profits go to their conservation too. You can order it from the Georgia Secretary of State's office in Atlanta.

The 20th GA lost a flag in late September, 1864 and it MIGHT be at the Smithsonian now. I am still trying to pin that down as it came to them from the Brooklyn Public Library and the regiment that took it was from Brooklyn.

As Glenn said, the only flag that survives from Phillip's Legion is at Kennesaw NBF for one of its companies.
