That flag is more the exception than the rule for Georgia coats of arms on flags. They usually only had the arch and soldier painted directly on the field typically in gold rather than placed in an artistic orb like this flag has. In fact, this is the only GA state flag that has this orb that I can think of.

While most GA flags were on blue silk, some do exist on white and even red. Blue is the dominat color however.
