In my master list of captured CS flags by Union regiments I have three flags for the 37th Massachusetts in all - two at Saylor's Creek. As follows:

37th North Carolina Troops (WD 384)
WD 331 (unknown unit)

The above for Saylor's Creek. The trouble with so many of these late war captures is that so many flags were taken from April 2nd through April 9th that most are not identified and we may never know what flags they are - especially those flags that lack unit designations. The ANV lost over 50 flags on April 2nd alone.

They took the 2nd Virginia Infantry's flag in September, 1864 (WD 197).
