The flag at the MOC (WD#274) taken at Five Forks is a 3rd bunting type with the unit id in white paint.
The flag lost at Gettysburg (WD#82) is in private hands. It is a 2nd bunting type with a battle honor for Seven Pines. However, there is some evidence that this flag (WD#82) is NOT that of the 14th Virginia.
I recommend the Richard Rollins' book "Damned Red Flags of the Rebellion". It is by far the best study of the captured Confederate Flags at Gettysburg.
