I have been researching Georgia unit flags for over 12 years for a book that I am doing.

The Georgia capitol Museum has the First National flag of the 5th Georgia which is depicted in the book that you can buy from the GA Secretary of State's office. The funds go to preserve their flag collection.

There is the 1864 issued Augusta Depot flag in private hands. This is the rectangular ANV style flag with the unit designation in white cotton letters on it.

There is also their 1863 issued Second National flag in the collections of the Augusta/Richmond County Museum in Augusta, GA. This has three battle honors on it.
