I decided to use the photograph at http://i2.ebayimg.com/03/i/001/28/b2/522d_12.JPG to help with the width. I printed out the photograph and measured the ruler to be 1.375" (I assume it's a 1 foot ruler as I have one just like it.). Then I measured each stripe and they are .625" each times the 13 stripes and that equals 8.125". Then divide 8.125" by 1.375" and you get 5.909'. Close enough to 6 feet for me. There is no "flat" photograph of the length so I could not verify that it might be 10 feet.
