IMHO

A flag that is 6'X10' in size, and dates back that far, and has that much meaning, would not be laying on someone's carpet. If such a flag was proven without a doubt to be a Andersonville survivors flag it would sell for way more than 262.00$

In the case above I feel that the seller has no perception of measurement and gave the wrong size. I have made a flag for a group of Vietnam Veterans that was 3'X5' which I believe would be the standard size flag for that purpose, and that purpose is to be hung up for reunions and or gatherings of that group.
