I had several family in the 23rd Ark. Inf.

William Christopher Harris, Company H and K
John Matthew Harris, Company K

and possibly
James Addison Harris, Company H

I've been researching other relatives in the 5th and 13th Ark Inf regiments so I have yet to really do anything with the 23rd. My question is, who is the current holder of the regimental flag of the 23rd?
