I doubt that most of these flags are real. All of them need letters from either Howard Madaus and/or Fonda Thomsen for me to settle on their authenticity - or I would need to see them along with a couple other people. A good textile analysis would also help.

One or two might be OK - the rest - they sing like dogs on a moonlight night to me!

A reputable auction house sends out their flags for authentication. Howard Madaus has done hundreds of these over the years. I have done a few of late and I know others that have as well.

Just my opinion of course and only based on the pictures shown.
