Curious if you have available what units then serving within Magruders command area were slated to recieve one of these flags.?... Have been attempting to find out if the 14th Virginia was one of these units or not. They were serving in that theater at the time and the probability is most feasible but have not been able to find confirmation of same. I know within a few months they recieved a Richmond Depot second bunting flag, but pondered the possibility of they had one of these in their possession even if only used briefly.
